  • Define efficacy of plyometrics for lower body.
  • Understand the mechanism of plyometrics.
  • Define the 3 phases of plyometrics.
  • Understand how to dose plyometrics for safe and effective use.
  • Define oscillatory techniques and their application.
  • Define and explain Ranged plyometric.
Learning Outcome: At least 80% of class participants will score 70% or greater on course post-test.
