Course Objectives:
- Define Plyometrics.
- Define efficacy of plyometrics for lower body.
- Understand the mechanism of plyometrics.
- Define the 3 phases of plyometrics.
- Understand how to dose plyometrics for safe and effective use.
- Define oscillatory techniques and their application.
- Define and explain Ranged plyometric.
Learning Outcome: At least 80% of class participants will score 70% or greater on course post-test.
