Course Objectives:
- Name at least two key factors that are linked to successful habit formation.
- State the steps of the habit loop using at least one desired habit and one undesired habit.
- List two healthy habits that improve wellness and promote longevity.
- Identify the benefits of habit tracking and name one tool that can be used to track habits.
Learning Outcome: At least 80% of class participants will score 70% or greater on course post-test.
