Ultimate Balance

Course Description & Information:

  • Over 80 exercises are shown with modifications using a stability ball, mini-trampoline and BOSU.

Course Objectives :

  • Learn exercises to improve foot and ankle strength using a mini trampoline.
  • Learn balance and core stabilizing exercises that can be used in improving balance and postural awareness using a mini trampoline.
  • Learn balance and stability exercises using the stability ball.

Target Audience: Physical therapy professionals (PT, PTA) and Occupational therapy professionals (OT, OTA).

Certificate Requirements:

  • Completion of course post-test (70%) and course evaluation.
