- Name benefits of exercise to conventional drug therapy on risk reduction in metabolic disorders.
Course Description
- This course reviews current research related to the health benefits of exercise and general physical activity in disease management. Specifically, the role of exercise in the management/prevention of diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and bone health will be covered. Education level: beginner to intermediate.
