- Destinguish between a compplete protein and an incomplete protein and how diet can be manipulated to ensure high quality protein at all meals.
- Review dietary protein requirements for different populations and how diet can best meet these metabolic needs (e.g. critically ill, elite athletes).
- Learn the current research on protein supplements and when they are warranted for use and when they can increase risk.
