The Ultimate Miniball Workout with 9" Miniball
Course Description & Information:
- This course covers over 100 exercises that incorporate the miniball and weighted balls that improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. The course includes a 9-inch Miniball.
Course Objectives :
- Design a core strengthening program for individuals that have low back pain as a consequence of weak abdominal muscles.
- Design an exercise program using the miniball that focuses on increasing strength in the leg adductors and abductors and the hip flexors and extensors.
- Learn strengthening and balance training exercises for fall prevention.
- Apply the principles of scapular stabilization and rib cage placement (abdominal engagement) to increase core strength with a miniball.
