Course Description & Information:
- Over 80 exercises are shown with modifications using a stability ball, mini-trampoline and BOSU.
Course Objectives :
- Learn exercises to improve foot and ankle strength using a mini trampoline.
- Learn balance and core stabilizing exercises that can be used in improving balance and postural awareness using a mini trampoline.
- Learn balance and stability exercises using the stability ball.

Target Audience: Physical therapy professionals (PT, PTA) and Occupational therapy professionals (OT, OTA).
Certificate Requirements:
- Completion of course post-test (70%) and course evaluation.
